Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the workouts?

Plan to dedicate 20-30 mins to working out, for 20 out of the 28 days.

Are the workouts pre-recorded?

All of the workouts are pre-recorded to complete on your own time & schedule. Giving you maximum flexibility!

Can I swap emBODYment 360 workouts?

Absolutely! I’ve designed the "Strong & Supple" calendar to include 5 suggested workouts each week, intermixing low-impact strength, core, & flexibility training. This is meant to be a guide, you have the option to tailor the workout calendar to fit your schedule & fitness needs.

How many rest days are there?

You have 8 rest days to be dispersed however you’d like within our 4 weeks. This is your challenge; take recovery days when it’s best for you & your body!

What equipment will I need? 

Your weight selection will depend on your current fitness level. For our sessions, I recommend using light weights (2-5 lbs) for core work & heavier weights (8-15 lbs) for strength training. An exercise mat will also be needed for comfort during floor exercises.

Do I need Facebook to participate? 

The FB group isn’t required - but I will say it plays a big part in helping members feel supported & accountable. As we’ll build a strong, encouraging community together.

Will I see results in 4 weeks?

Yes! If you commit yourself to stick with me for 28 days, you’ll see fantastic results.
